Transformation Senior Process Engineer

Responsibilities
- Serve as technical lead for process and equipment design on a Strategic Capital Project; drive design decisions, equipment specifications, design accuracy, and risk management.
- Ensure compliance with applicable policies and procedures; conduct early risk assessments and implement fallback strategies.
- Independently plan and execute high business impact projects in Drug Product Manufacturing or Packaging; maintain project controls and reporting for cost, scope, and schedule.
- Develop execution strategy including procurement; balance multiple demands and incorporate cGMP needs and emerging technology trends.
- Act as Facility, Equipment, and Utilities SME during Regulatory Agencies Audits; prepare documentation and present to regulatory agents.
- Produce unique, cost-effective results; integrate financial and technical data; analyze complex interdisciplinary problems and support conclusions based on broad business needs.
- Represent engineering on corporate task forces; identify customer/client needs and propose solutions; may supervise engineers/technicians.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Science or closely related field desired; or equivalent technical experience with 6+ years of significant engineering/operational experience (post-graduate education desired).
- Demonstrated competency in a discipline.
- Strong technical knowledge; able to handle complex problems and apply judgment within defined procedures.
- Ability to collaborate with diverse internal/external teams and communicate effectively (oral, written, presentations).
- Interpersonal skills to negotiate and reconcile differences in a fast-paced environment.
- Technical background in healthcare, medical devices, pharmaceutical, biologics, or similar (preferred).
- Demonstrated competency with financial systems and fiscal control.
