Transformation Methodology Lead (GSQ Transformation Office)
How You Will Contribute
- Define, build, and maintain the end-to-end transformation methodology (lifecycle stages, decision points, templates, standards, quality gates)
- Establish a common delivery framework and minimum standards across sites/functions
- Define standards for business case development, scope, milestone planning, risk/issue management, dependency tracking, benefits realization, and performance reporting
- Ensure initiatives are structured, measurable, and aligned to strategic priorities with clear ownership/accountability
- Evolve the operating model, methodology, and standards; use portfolio metrics, dashboards, and executive reporting
- Establish governance routines (decision rights, escalation paths, accountability), and lead governance checkpoints/exception management
- Monitor adherence to methodologies and strengthen controls/standards/governance; standardize/simplify ways of working
- Support data cleaning/ontology alignment/master data readiness; enable compliant, well-documented execution in a regulated environment
- Maintain version control and knowledge assets; capture lessons learned and drive continuous improvement
Minimum Requirements / Qualifications
- Experience developing/implementing transformation methodologies, PMO standards, governance frameworks, or structured delivery models
- 5+ years in global pharmaceutical industry or another highly regulated environment
- Digital fluency with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Power BI)
- Strong analytical/problem-solving skills; ability to translate insights into practical improvements
- Bachelorโs degree (life sciences/business/engineering or related) or equivalent experience
Preferred
- PMI or equivalent; Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher

- Based at Takedaโs office in Lexington; minimum assignment duration of two years
