Transdermal Operator II - 12 Hour Shift - Night

We’re hiring a Transdermal Operator II to support advanced product manufacturing in a clean, cGMP‑regulated environment.

Night Shift – 12-hour per day, rotating schedule (6:00pm-6:30am) 3 days on week 1 and 4 days on week 2 of pay cycle.

Responsibilities:
- Set up, operate, and troubleshoot automated manufacturing equipment
- Execute R&D, scale‑up, ANDA, and commercial batch activities
- Conduct in‑process checks, visual inspections, and accurate GMP documentation
- Complete material reconciliation, room clearance, and batch closeout
- Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant work area

Qualifications / What You Bring:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Mechanical/electrical/manufacturing degree graduates encouraged
- OR 3+ years in manufacturing, trades, construction, machining, or other technical roles
- Strong mechanical aptitude, troubleshooting ability, and attention to detail
- Good math skills and comfort with precision work
- Ability to lift 40 lbs and work extended hours
- Must pass OSHA‑compliant Respirator Fit Test
