Transdermal Operator II - 12 Hour Schedule - Day Shift

Transdermal Operator II — Full-Time (Piscataway, NJ)
Day Shift: 12-hour rotating schedule (6:00 AM–6:30 PM) with alternating weekend shifts required.

What You’ll Do
- Set up, operate, and troubleshoot automated manufacturing equipment
- Execute R&D, scale-up, ANDA, and commercial batch activities
- Perform in-process checks, visual inspections, and accurate GMP documentation
- Complete material reconciliation, room clearance, and batch closeout
- Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant work area

What You Bring
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Mechanical/electrical/manufacturing degree graduates encouraged
- OR 3+ years in manufacturing, trades, construction, machining, or other technical roles
- Strong mechanical aptitude, troubleshooting ability, and attention to detail
- Good math skills and comfort with precision work
- Ability to lift 40 lbs and work extended hours
- Must pass OSHA-compliant Respirator Fit Test
