Transdermal Operator I - 12 Hour Schedule - Night Shift

Operations
Night Shift – 12-hour rotating schedule (6:00 PM – 6:30 AM) with alternating weekend shifts required.
Essential Functions:
- Assist with equipment set-up, IQ/OQ/PQ, and commercial batch activities.
- Setup and operate cartoning machine to process and package transdermal products.
- Perform packaging room clearance; count materials and reconcile items per GMP and SOP.
- Perform in-process checks and visual inspections; inspect products for proper placement of cutting, printing, and sealing.
- Perform room and equipment cleaning procedures after each batch.
- Document in-process checks and ensure batch record data is accurately recorded.
- Clean assigned work areas and help maintain a clean, orderly, safe work environment.

- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Education: High School or GED (Required).
- Experience: 1+ year in Manufacturing, mechanical, or related experience.
- Skills/Abilities: English communication; basic math and mechanical aptitude; computer systems/data entry; attention to detail and documentation; teamwork; repetitive tasks; lift up to 40 lbs; flexibility for extended hours.
- Additional Requirement: Successful completion of an OSHA-compliant Respirator Fit Test.
Compensation/Benefits (as stated):
- $18.50–$26.00/hour; short-term incentive opportunity (bonus/performance award) within first 12 months; eligible comprehensive health/insurance benefits and 401(k) matching.
