Transdermal Operator I - 12 Hour Schedule - Day Shift

Operations
Day Shift – 12-hour per day, rotating schedule (6:00am–6:30pm): 3 days week 1 and 4 days week 2 of pay cycle (requires every other weekend).
Essential Functions:
- Assist with equipment set-up, IQ/OQ/PQ, and commercial batch activities.
- Set up and operate cartoning machine to process and package transdermal products.
- Perform packaging room clearance; count materials and reconcile items as per GMP and SOP.
- Perform in-process checks and visual inspections; inspect transdermal products for quality (cutting, printing, sealing placement).
- Perform room and equipment cleaning procedures after each batch.
- Document in-process checks and ensure batch record data is accurately recorded.
- Clean assigned work areas and help maintain a clean, orderly, safe work environment.

- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Education: High School or GED (Required).
- Experience: 1+ year in Manufacturing, mechanical, or related experience.
- Skills/Abilities: English communication; basic math and mechanical aptitude; computer/data entry; attention to detail and strong documentation; teamwork; repetitive tasks; lift up to 40 lbs; flexibility for extended hours when required.
Additional Requirements:
- Successful completion of an OSHA-compliant Respirator Fit Test is required.
Compensation/Benefits (as stated):
- Hourly rate: $18.50–$26.00; short-term incentive opportunity (bonus/performance-based award) within first 12 months; comprehensive health/insurance benefits and 401(k) matching contribution for eligible positions.
