Training Supervisor, Quality Assurance

Role: Training Supervisor, Quality Assurance, focusing on workforce training and operational efficiency within a biopharma or clinical laboratory setting. Responsibilities: develop and implement training programs, assess developmental needs, collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams, provide hands-on training, and monitor training effectiveness. Responsibilities also include maintaining training processes, creating procedures, and compiling training metrics. Qualifications: Bachelor’s in Life Sciences, Engineering, or Software; 3+ years in Clinical Laboratory or Biotech industry preferred; 1-2 years leading small to mid-sized teams; ASQ/SQA certification preferred.
