Training Supervisor, Quality Assurance

Role: Training Supervisor, Quality Assurance, supporting training initiatives to enhance operational efficiency in a biopharma laboratory setting. Responsibilities: develop and execute training programs for staff, assess process improvement needs, maintain training procedures, and monitor key metrics; facilitate face-to-face and technical training including new hire orientation; act as first contact for technical and procedural questions; continually refine training curricula based on feedback. Qualifications: 3+ years in Clinical Laboratory or Biotech industry preferred or relevant experience; 1-2 years leading small to mid-sized teams; Bachelor's in Life Sciences, Engineering, Software, or equivalent; ASQ or SQA certification preferred.
