Role Summary

Training Specialist at Sanofi in Framingham, MA, responsible for designing and delivering GMP-compliant training programs within Manufacturing & Supply. You will identify training needs, develop curricula with subject matter experts, create training materials, and evaluate training effectiveness to ensure compliance with GMP and regulatory standards. You will lead continuous improvement of training content and processes to support quality systems and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of annual training programs to ensure GMP and company standards
  • Contribute to the identification of training needs and development of customized training plans
  • Support managers in the establishment of curricula for various departments
  • Develop training materials with the support of the relevant subject matter expert to address training needs and plans
  • Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics
  • Support relevant subject matter experts by updating training materials to reflect changes in regulations, procedures, and best practices
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance training material and processes

Qualifications

  • Required: Bachelor’s degree
  • Required: Minimum of 3 years of experience in manufacturing, quality, training, or GMP systems (or a combination thereof)
  • Required: Experience with quality management systems in the pharmaceutical industry, ensuring compliance with GMP and other regulatory standards
  • Required: Proven experience developing, implementing, and evaluating training programs, particularly related to HSE, quality systems, and regulatory compliance

Skills

  • Ability to create effective training programs and materials that meet the needs of the organization and comply with regulatory standards
  • Proficiency in evaluating training effectiveness through data analysis, assessments, and feedback to continuously improve training programs
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and the ability to ensure training programs align with these standards
  • Expertise in planning, organizing, and managing training projects, including setting timelines, allocating resources, and monitoring progress
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey information, collaborate with various departments, and present training outcomes to senior management
