Purpose: The Total Rewards Senior Analyst, MedTech serves as a strategic partner and internal consultant, supporting the design, analysis, and delivery of global Total Rewards programs aligned to business objectives.

Responsibilities:
- Support the design, strategy, communication, and implementation of global Total Rewards programs aligned to MedTech business objectives.
- Conduct market research, benchmarking, and data analysis to develop competitive, equitable compensation solutions.
- Contribute to Total Rewards governance and compensation projects; identify and implement continuous process and policy enhancements.
- Provide guidance on global Total Rewards policies, procedures, and compensation processes (year-round and year-end administration).
- Perform job evaluations; prepare salary recommendations for senior leadership roles; serve as SME ensuring compliance, reporting, and data integrity.
- Partner with HR, Talent Acquisition, and HR Business Partners using Workday, WorkforceDNA, and Excel to support hiring/retention decisions (compensation reviews, retention solutions, cost modeling, net-to-net analyses).
- Participate in external meetings/consortiums to gather best practices and benchmark data.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
- Bachelorโ€™s degree required; Masterโ€™s in HR/MBA in HR or related preferred.
- Minimum 6 years in Compensation/Benefits/Talent Management/HR Business Partner or related roles in a complex, matrixed environment.
- Solid knowledge of compensation practices, market benchmarking, and applicable laws/regulations.
- Advanced quantitative/analytical skills (data analysis, modeling, visualization).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with HR systems (Workday, ServiceNow, HRIS/reporting tools).
- Ability to manage multiple priorities; structured problem-solving.
- Strong communication skills across audiences and stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced global/matrixed environment.
