Role Summary
Total Rewards Administrator based in Richmond, VA, reporting to the SVP of Total Rewards. The role supports total rewards operations by documenting SOPs for benefits, compensation, and related processes; leading end-to-end total rewards projects; and assisting with year-end activities. You will organize and maintain the job description library, manage internal files and the total rewards mailbox, and support communications and ad-hoc HR projects as needed.
Responsibilities
- Documenting standard operating procedures for major total rewards processes such as benefits enrollment, 401(k), ESPP, etc.
- Lead total rewards team projects from end to end such as intranet cleanup, policy cleanup, process improvement activities, etc.
- Assist with year-end processes including auditing information.
- Support compensation in calculating, submitting, and documenting incentive pay for employees.
- Organize and set up job description library.
- Organize internal team shared files and determine significance of content.
- Support the management of total rewards mailbox.
- Assist in day to day activities to improve efficiency of team.
- Support and own standard total rewards communications sent to employees.
- Supports ad-hoc HR projects as needed.
Qualifications
- Required: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in compensation and/or benefits.
- Required: Experience leading small projects.
- Required: Strong understanding of HR best practices and labor laws.
- Required: Experience with Workday.
- Preferred: Experience documenting standard operating procedures (SOPs).
