Role Summary
The Tissue Regeneration Specialist (TRS) for Advanced Wound Care is responsible for achieving the sales expectations of the assigned territory. Success is realized by building strong customer relationships, conducting consultative sales calls, utilizing product and disease state knowledge, developing and following a territory business plan, and reporting sales activities to upper management through a call reporting system. The role involves selling product to physicians and support staff in clinics and hospitals and will require the specialist to support surgical cases where appropriate, with internal controls activities completed in full compliance with SOX. Significant travel up to 50% may be required.
Responsibilities
- Sell product to physicians and support staff in clinics and hospitals; support surgical cases where appropriate.
- Build strong customer relationships and conduct consultative sales calls.
- Utilize product and disease state knowledge; develop and follow a territory business plan.
- Report sales activities to upper management through the call reporting system.
- Ensure internal controls activities are completed in full compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX).
Qualifications
- Required: BS/BA or equivalent work experience.
- Required: 2+ years of successful experience in medical sales, preferably with a consultative role.
- Required: Proven record of verifiable and documented sales success.
- Required: Able to work autonomously.
- Required: Familiar with Microsoft Office.
- Required: Able to work independently with strong organizational skills.
- Required: Good written and verbal communication skills.
