Role Summary
The Tissue Regeneration Specialist (TRS) for Advanced Wound Care is responsible for achieving the sales expectations of the assigned territory by building strong customer relationships, conducting consultative sales calls, leveraging product and disease-state knowledge, and executing a solid territory business plan. The role may involve selling to physicians and support staff in clinics and hospitals, and supporting surgical cases when appropriate, with internal controls compliant to SOX and significant travel as needed.
Responsibilities
- Sell product to physicians and support staff in clinics and hospitals; support surgical cases where appropriate.
- Build strong customer relationships and conduct consultative sales calls.
- Develop and follow a territory business plan; report sales activities to upper management through the call reporting system.
- Ensure internal controls activities are completed in full compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX).
Qualifications
- Required: BS/BA or equivalent work experience; 2+ years of successful experience in medical sales (preferable with a consultative role); proven record of sales success; able to work autonomously; familiar with Microsoft Office; strong written and verbal communication skills; strong organizational skills.
- Preferred: Prior medical sales experience with a consultative approach.
