Role Summary
Role: Tissue Regeneration Specialist - Advanced Wound Care (Nationwide). The TRS is responsible for achieving sales expectations within the assigned territory by building strong customer relationships, conducting consultative sales calls, applying product and disease state knowledge, and executing a territory business plan. The role includes selling to physicians and support staff in clinics and hospitals, and supporting surgical cases when appropriate, with internal controls compliance and travel as required.
Responsibilities
- Achieve sales objectives for the assigned territory.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships; conduct consultative sales calls.
- Utilize product and disease state knowledge to support clinical teams and drive adoption.
- Develop and execute a solid territory business plan; report activities to upper management via the call reporting system.
- Sell products to physicians and support staff in clinics and hospitals; support surgical cases when appropriate.
- Ensure internal controls activities are completed in full compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX).
- Travel as needed, up to approximately 50% of time depending on circumstances.
Qualifications
- Required: BS/BA or equivalent work experience.
- Required: 2+ years of successful experience in medical sales, preferably with a consultative role.
- Required: Proven, verifiable record of sales success.
- Required: Ability to work autonomously.
- Required: Familiarity with Microsoft Office.
- Required: Ability to work independently with strong organizational skills and good written and verbal communication.
