Tissue Regeneration Specialist - Advanced Wound Care - Los Angeles South

Role Summary

Tissue Regeneration Specialist (TRS) for Advanced Wound Care responsible for achieving sales expectations in the assigned territory. Develops strong customer relationships, conducts consultative sales calls, applies product and disease-state knowledge, follows a territory business plan, and reports sales activities. Sells to physicians and support staff in clinics and hospitals; supports surgical cases when appropriate. Location: Los Angeles South.

Responsibilities

• Sell products to physicians and hospital/clinic staff; support surgical cases when appropriate.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships; conduct consultative sales calls.
• Utilize product and disease-state knowledge to drive sales; develop and execute a territory business plan.
• Document and report sales activities to upper management through a call reporting system.
• Ensure internal controls activities are completed in full compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX).
• Travel as required, up to 50% of the time.

Qualifications

• Required: BS/BA or equivalent work experience.
• Required: 2+ years of successful medical sales experience, preferably with a consultative role.
• Required: Proven, verifiable record of sales success.
• Required: Able to work autonomously.
• Required: Familiar with Microsoft Office.
• Required: Able to work independently with strong organizational skills; good written and verbal communication skills.

Additional Requirements

• Travel up to 50% of time may be required.
