Role Summary

The Tissue Regeneration Specialist (TRS) for Advanced Wound Care is responsible for achieving the sales expectations of the assigned territory. The role involves building strong customer relationships, conducting consultative sales calls, utilizing product and disease-state knowledge, developing and following a territory business plan, and reporting sales activities to upper management. This position will sell products to physicians and support staff in clinics and hospitals and may support surgical cases where appropriate. Significant travel up to 50% may be required. Internal controls activities must be completed in full compliance with SOX.

Responsibilities

  • Sell products to physicians and support staff in clinics and hospitals; support surgical cases as appropriate.
  • Build strong customer relationships and conduct consultative sales calls.
  • Utilize product and disease-state knowledge; develop and follow a territory business plan.
  • Report sales activities to upper management through a call reporting system.
  • Ensure internal controls activities are completed in full compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX).
  • Travel up to 50% of the time as required.

Qualifications

  • Required: BS/BA or equivalent work experience.
  • Preferred: 2+ years of successful experience in medical sales, preferably with a consultative role.
  • Required: Proven record of sales success that is verifiable and documented.
  • Required: Ability to work autonomously.
  • Required: Familiar with Microsoft Office.
  • Required: Ability to work independently with strong organizational skills.
  • Required: Good written and verbal communication skills.

  • Standing for extended periods.
  • Travel by car for extended periods.
  • In clinical and/or sterile environments.
  • Frequent use of wrists and hands.
  • Regularly in clinical settings; sometimes in cold temperatures.
