Role: Senior Manager, IgG4-RD Thought Leader Liaison within Amgen's Neuroimmunology Business Unit, responsible for executing peer-to-peer engagement strategies and building relationships with key opinion leaders in the NorthEast. Responsibilities include developing local KOL strategies aligned with national plans, collaborating with sales and marketing to address customer needs, managing stakeholder relationships with physician and patient organizations, and capturing insights to inform brand strategy and market trends. The role involves coordinating thought leader interactions at conferences, supporting speaker programs, and contributing to content development and program refinement. Qualifications: Doctorate (PhD, MD, or equivalent) with 2+ years or relevant experience; or master's with 4+ years; or bachelor’s with 6+ years in pharmaceutical or biotech customer-facing roles, preferably in rheumatology, gastroenterology, or rare diseases. Clinical or medical experience in these therapeutic areas and prior thought leader or KOL engagement are highly preferred. Must be willing to travel up to 80% within the territory, including weekends and overnight events. The position is remote-based with a focus on the NorthEast, emphasizing cross-functional collaboration with Medical Affairs, Sales, and Advocacy teams to advance Amgen’s market position and patient outcomes.
