Main Responsibilities
KOL Engagement and Advocacy Development:
- Orchestrate resources with top KOLs; identify, profile, cultivate, and maintain long-term KOL relationships
- Conduct on-label conversations (product, disease state, company) and execute approved KOL programming directed by leadership
- Partner with nursing organizations to support disease-state education
- Compliantly collaborate with field teams to ensure strategic/tactical cohesiveness; serve as single point of contact for KOL issues
- Plan and execute KOL engagements and executive encounters at conferences/POAs/field visits

Market Insights:
- Capture customer/KOL feedback to inform brand needs and strategies
- Provide feedback on marketing strategies/materials to brand teams (with required approvals)
- Provide competitive intelligence; participate on cross-functional brand teams
- Facilitate planning/recruitment/execution of regional and national advisory boards
- Identify, align, and recruit appropriate HCP consultants

Speaker Bureau Operations and Content:
- Support on-label KOL speaker development; coach promotional speakers with approved materials
- Assist with speaker contracting; train speakers on approved materials and compliance requirements
- Plan and execute annual speaker training summit; attend live TLL programming to observe/coach/remediate
- Support content creation/updates; manage monthly speaker program KPI reporting
- Serve as point of contact for speaker logistics/scheduling; lead planning/execution/pull-through of GPO in-practice programs

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years in field sales, product marketing, or medical/clinical experience in pharma/biotech (same/related therapeutic area)
- Ability to assemble/lead cross-functional teams; present effectively; valid driver’s license
- Reside within assigned territory (or reasonable distance)
- 60%–80% travel

Preferred:
- Oncology and multiple myeloma experience; demonstrated leadership
- Master’s degree; launch and marketing experience; infusion product experience
- Strong organizational/project management/analytical skills; ability to manage multiple projects and execute under tight timelines
- Ability to travel as needed
