What You Will Do
- Execute customer aspects of Neuroimmunology Business Unit peer-to-peer strategies and build relationships with speakers, thought leaders, and key influencers in assigned geography.
- Engage compliantly with key thought leaders in neuroimmunology and neuromuscular disease; work cross-functionally with Sales, Site of Care, and Medical Affairs to address customer needs and collaboration.
- Build relationships with existing and new thought leaders for current and future commercial activities.
- Create local peer-to-peer strategies aligned with national/regional marketing and sales plans.
- Collaborate with advocacy team to build relationships with key physicians and patient organizations.
- Create and execute short- and long-term KOL engagement plans.
- Capture, synthesize, and share thought leader insights to shape brand strategy, support life cycle management, and competitor entry planning.
- Identify evidence gaps via thought leader discussions and podium observations.
- Disseminate insights to Amgen stakeholders (marketing, sales, market access) to inform strategies and planning.
- Coordinate leadership interactions at assigned national/regional/state society conferences.
- Pursue opportunities for meaningful involvement with thought leaders to strengthen market positioning.
- Assist with speaker events (speaker selection, training, and program review for consistent messaging and compliant execution).
- Collaborate on peer-to-peer programs and refine U.S. speaker bureau.
- Provide customer insight for content development to increase program impact and relevance.

Basic Qualifications
- Doctorate + 2 years marketing or sales, OR Master’s + 4 years, OR Bachelor’s + 6 years, OR Associate’s + 10 years, OR High school/GED + 12 years.

Preferred Qualifications
- Customer-facing pharmaceutical/biotech experience (field sales, product marketing, medical, or clinical in relevant therapeutic area) required.
- Experience in neurology/neuroimmunology/neuromuscular disease.
- Clinical experience in rare diseases or specialty biologics strongly preferred.
- Thought leader/KOL leadership experience a plus; strong cross-functional, organizational, analytical, and presentation skills.

Travel Requirements
- Willingness to travel (including weekend conferences and overnight programs) and reside within territory boundaries.
