Role: Field-based Thought Leader Liaison within Neuroscience Commercial, responsible for executing regional KTL engagement strategies aligned with national priorities to foster relationships with thought leaders and professional societies across multiple states (CO, NM, TX, OK, KS, LA, MS, TN, AL, GA, FL). Objectives include building advocacy for Ipsenβs Neuroscience portfolio in adult spasticity, cervical dystonia, pediatric spasticity, and migraine, by generating market insights, supporting regional programs, and ensuring compliant, high-quality congress and advisory activities. Responsibilities encompass strategic relationship management, insight translation, execution of advisory boards, congress engagement, and collaboration with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Medical, Sales, Value & Access). The role involves engaging with society organizations like AAN and AHS, supporting Centers of Excellence, and expanding Dysport education. Requirements: BA/BS (Masterβs preferred), 6+ years in pharma/biotech with external engagement experience, strong relationship-building, communication, and project management skills; familiarity with neuroscience/neurotoxin therapeutic areas and existing KOL networks highly advantageous. Must operate within a regulated environment, manage multiple priorities, and travel extensively across assigned territories. The position reports to leadership within the Neuroscience Commercial team, emphasizing strategic stakeholder influence and cross-functional alignment. Location preference is near a major airport; salary range is $190,000β$225,000 plus incentives and comprehensive benefits.
