Main Responsibilities:
- KOL Engagement and Development: Orchestrate resources with top KOLs; identify/cultivate/maintain long-term KOL partnerships; conduct on-label conversations (diagnosis/treatment, therapeutic options, product positioning, corporate resource allocation); execute HCP programming as directed; ensure strategic/tactical cohesiveness by sharing insights with field teams; serve as single point-of-contact for KOL issues; plan/execute KOL engagements and executive encounters at compliant venues (conferences, field visits, etc.).
- Market Insights & Collaboration: Capture feedback aligned to brand priorities via HCP/KOL interactions; obtain feedback on brand strategies/materials (approved by legal/compliance/regulatory); contribute to cross-functional brand teams; provide competitive intelligence; facilitate advisory board planning/recruitment/execution; identify/align/recruit HCP/KOL consultants.
- Speaker Bureau Operations and Content: Support on-label speaker development/training with approved materials; support speaker contracting; coordinate speaker training; attend programs to observe/coach/remediate for compliant execution; support content creation/updates/renewals; manage monthly Speaker Program KPI/reporting; lead speaker logistics/scheduling; plan/execute in-practice speaker programs.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree; prior KOL interaction
- 5+ years in field sales, product marketing, and/or market research
- Leadership; effective presentation; strong organization; strong project management/analytical/planning skills
- Manage multiple projects; execute strategic/tactical plans under tight timelines
- Ability to travel; valid driver’s license; live within territory area (or reasonable distance)
- 60–80% travel likely.
