Role: Scientific Thought Leader Liaison (TLL) focusing on hypercortisolism and cortisol modulation therapies, aimed at enhancing external scientific engagement and KOL relationships. Responsibilities include building and maintaining relationships with endocrinologists, diabetologists, cardiologists, nephrologists, radiologists, and endocrine surgeons; facilitating scientific exchange; supporting speaker programs and advisory boards; and capturing insights to inform strategic planning. The TLL collaborates cross-functionally with Medical Affairs, Marketing, KAMs, MSLs, and Clinical Development teams, providing scientific resources and coaching to external speakers, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Key activities involve identifying and nominating influential speakers, supporting scientific events, and maintaining accurate documentation and reporting. Requirements: Bachelor's degree (advanced healthcare/scientific degree preferred), 8+ years in pharma/biotech, with experience in scientific engagement, ideally within endocrinology, cardiometabolic, or rare diseases. Demonstrated expertise in KOL engagement, strategic relationship-building, and familiarity with speaker programs and advisory boards. Preferred skills include strong organizational, communication, and relationship skills; travel up to 80%. High-value specifics: focus on hypercortisolism, cortisol modulation, and related diseases; emphasis on scientific exchange, advisory boards, and key opinion leader management; operating within regulatory and compliance frameworks. Work setup: travel-intensive (up to 80%), based in the United States.
