What You Will Do
- Execute customer aspects of the Neuroimmunology Business Unit’s peer-to-peer strategies and build compliant relationships with speakers, thought leaders, and key influencers in assigned geography.
- Engage thought leaders in neuroimmunology and neuromuscular disease; work cross-functionally with Sales, Site of Care, and Medical Affairs.
- Build and manage KOL engagement plans (short- and long-term) and create local peer-to-peer strategies aligned with national/regional plans.
- Collaborate with the advocacy team to develop relationships with key physician and patient organizations.
- Capture, synthesize, and disseminate thought leader insights to shape brand strategy, future lifecycle management, and competitor readiness.
- Identify evidence gaps through thought leader discussions and podium observations.
- Coordinate leadership interactions at assigned conferences; initiate meaningful programs to strengthen market positioning.
- Assist with speaker events (speaker selection, training, reviewing programs for consistent messaging and compliant execution).
- Collaborate on peer-to-peer programs and support refinement of U.S. speaker bureau; contribute to content development.
Basic Qualifications
- Doctorate + 2 years marketing/sales experience; OR Master’s + 4; OR Bachelor’s + 6; OR Associate’s + 10; OR High school/GED + 12.
Preferred Qualifications/Skills
- Customer-facing pharma/biotech experience (field sales, product marketing, medical/clinical) in related therapeutic area.
- Experience in neurology, neuroimmunology, neuromuscular disease.
- Clinical experience in rare diseases or specialty biologics (strongly preferred).
- Thought leader/KOL leadership (plus); strong cross-functional matrix experience; ability to customize and execute action plans; leadership, strategic agility, persuasive communication; collaborate/lead cross-functional teams; strong organizational/analytic/time management; clinical/business acumen.
Travel Requirements
- Willingness to travel (including weekends), attend overnight programs and key internal meetings; reside within territory boundaries.
