Main Responsibilities
- KOL Engagement: Orchestrate resources with top 10–15% assigned GI KOLs; identify/profile/cultivate/maintain long-term GI KOL relationships; conduct on-label conversations (product, disease state, company); execute approved KOL programming (e.g., disease state education for fellowship programs); collaborate/communicate with field commercial team for KOL cohesiveness; serve as single point of contact for KOL issues (per HTLL/Headquarters); use a customer-centric, needs-based approach; assist with on-label KOL development (including speakers, approved decks/materials); orchestrate KOL executive encounters; plan/execute engagements at conferences/POAs/field venues; liaise between KOLs and home-office cross-functional teams.
- Marketing: Obtain KOL feedback on brand/marketing strategies/materials (approved by legal/compliance/regulatory); provide feedback to commercial leadership; coordinate high-volume speaker logistics/scheduling; recommend advisory board participants and speakers; assist with commercial contracts (when requested); lead TLL initiatives supporting brand strategy.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with stakeholders and TLLs across the Alliance; lead TLL projects/initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 5+ years experience in field sales, product marketing, or medical/clinical experience in pharma/biotech (same/related therapeutic area).
- Respiratory or biologic marketplace experience required.

- Master’s degree; launch experience; marketing experience; demonstrated leadership; cross-functional team leadership; execute strategic/tactical plans under tight timelines; effective presentations; strong organizational/project management; ability to manage multiple projects.
Special Working Conditions
- Valid driver’s license.
- Travel 60–80%.
