Main Responsibilities
KOL Engagement
- Orchestrate resources with top 10–15% GI KOLs (as assigned), building and maintaining long-term KOL relationships.
- Conduct on-label conversations (product, disease state, company) at appropriate venues; execute approved KOL programming (e.g., disease-state education for fellowship programs).
- Collaborate with field commercial team for strategic/tactical cohesiveness; serve as single point of contact for KOL issues (per HTLL/Headquarters).
- Lead/orchestrate KOL executive encounters and engagement; plan/execute KOL engagements at conferences, POAs, and in-field venues.
- Liaise between KOLs and home office cross-functional teams.

Marketing
- Gather feedback from targeted KOLs on Respiratory Franchise/brand marketing strategies/materials (approved via legal/compliance/regulatory).
- Provide feedback to commercial leadership; serve as single point of contact for speaker logistics/scheduling.
- Recommend advisory board participants and speakers; assist with commercial contract execution when requested.
- Execute TLL initiatives to support brand strategy.

Collaboration
- Collaborate with stakeholders and TLLs across the Alliance; lead TLL projects/initiatives.

Qualifications
Basic: Bachelor’s degree; 5+ years in field sales/product marketing or medical/clinical experience in related pharma/biotech therapeutic area; Respiratory or biologic marketplace experience.
Preferred: Master’s degree; launch/marketing experience; leadership; ability to lead cross-functional teams; execute strategic/tactical plans; present effectively; strong organization/project management; manage multiple projects.

Special Working Conditions
- Valid driver’s license; travel 60–80%; work within label and legal/regulatory compliance.
