Responsibilities:
- Field-based, marketing role (non-sales) partnering with GI U.S. Key Thought Leaders (KOLs) to provide on-label, compliant cross-functional resources.
- KOL Engagement: align with cross-functional account plans; orchestrate resources with assigned top 10–15% KOLs; build and maintain long-term KOL relationships; conduct on-label conversations (product, disease state, company); execute approved KOL programming; collaborate with field commercial team; serve as single point of contact for KOL issues (per HTLL/Headquarters); needs-based approach; support on-label KOL development (speakers/decks/materials); orchestrate executive encounters and KOL engagements at conferences/POAs/venues.
- Marketing: gather feedback on brand/Respiratory franchise strategies/materials (with approvals); provide feedback to commercial leadership; manage speaker logistics/scheduling; recommend advisory board participants and speakers; support commercial contracts (as requested); lead TLL initiatives supporting brand strategy.
- Collaboration: collaborate with stakeholders/TLL alliance; lead TLL projects and initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in field sales, product marketing, or medical/clinical experience in the pharmaceutical/biotech therapeutic area.
- Respiratory or biologic marketplace experience required.
Preferred:
- Master’s degree; launch/marketing experience; leadership; cross-functional team leadership; strategic/tactical execution under tight timelines; effective presentations; strong organization; strong project management/analytical and planning skills; manage multiple projects.
Special Working Conditions:
- Valid driver’s license.
- Travel 60–80%.
- Work within label and regulatory/legal compliance guidelines.
