Location: Midwest Territory (MO, KS, IA, WI, MN, ND, SD)

Main Responsibilities
- KOL Engagement: Orchestrate on-label resources with top 10–15% GI KOLs; identify/cultivate/maintain long-term KOL relationships; lead on-label conversations on product and disease state; execute approved KOL programming (e.g., fellowship disease-state education); collaborate with field commercial team for strategic/tactical cohesiveness; serve as single point of contact to resolve KOL issues (per HTLL/HQ); execute customer-centric, needs-based KOL approach; support on-label KOL development (speakers/materials); orchestrate KOL executive encounters/engagement; plan/execute KOL engagements and executive encounters at conferences and other venues.
- Marketing: Gather feedback from targeted KOLs on Respiratory Franchise/brand-related strategies/materials (approved by legal/compliance/regulatory); provide feedback to commercial leadership; serve as single point of contact for speaker logistics/scheduling; recommend advisory board participants and speakers; assist with commercial contracts when requested; lead TLL initiatives supporting brand strategy.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with relevant stakeholders and other TLLs across the Alliance; lead TLL projects/initiatives.

About You
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years in field sales, product marketing, or medical/clinical experience in pharma/biotech (same/related therapeutic area)
- Respiratory or biologic marketplace experience

Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree; launch and marketing experience; leadership; cross-functional team leadership; strategic/tactical execution under tight timelines; effective presentations; strong organizational/project management skills; ability to manage multiple projects

Special Working Conditions
- Valid driver’s license; travel 60–80%
