Main Responsibilities
- Orchestrate resources with the top 10–15% of assigned KOLs in alignment with cross-functional account plans.
- Identify, profile, cultivate, and maintain long-term relationships with KOLs in dermatology.
- Conduct on-label business conversations on product, disease state, and company topics.
- Execute approved KOL programming, including disease-state education for fellowship programs.
- Serve as single point of contact to resolve KOL issues when directed by DTLL and/or Headquarters.
- Assist with compliant KOL development (e.g., speakers) using approved decks and materials.
- Plan and execute compliant KOL engagements/executive encounters at conferences and other venues.
- Collaborate with targeted KOLs to obtain feedback on dermatology franchise/brand marketing strategies or materials.
- Provide feedback to commercial leadership as requested.
- Own high-volume speaker logistics and scheduling.
- Provide advisory board participant and speaker recommendations to marketing.
- Assist with execution of commercial contracts when requested.
- Execute and lead TLL initiatives to support brand strategy.
- Work with ZBDs, RBDs, ABMs, and home office colleagues across Marketing, Medical Affairs, Sales, and Market Access; collaborate with Alliance TLLs.

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 7+ years pharma/biotech experience.
- Proven KOL engagement/ thought leader marketing/field-based strategy experience (TLL, MSL, Marketing).
- Exceptional relationship-building, communication, influencing; strategic execution in fast-paced environments.
- Executive presence with top-tier clinicians.
- Strategic thinking, business acumen, cross-functional leadership.
- High emotional intelligence and adaptability.
- Deep understanding of compliance/regulatory boundaries.
- Valid driver’s license; travel 60–70%; reside within assigned territory.
Preferred:
- Advanced degree (MBA, PharmD, PhD).
- Significant exposure to dermatology or immunology; dermatology/biologic marketplace experience.
- Strong understanding of dermatology landscape (e.g., atopic dermatitis, biologic therapies).
