Third Party Manufacturing Account Manager

Role: Manage and oversee third-party manufacturing contracts for AbbVie, serving as the primary interface between the company and external manufacturers or clients. Objectives include ensuring supply chain integrity, compliance, and contract fulfillment. Responsibilities encompass establishing robust stakeholder relationships, negotiating contract extensions, monitoring capacity and performance metrics, and supporting new product launches and transfers. Qualifications: BS/BA in Science, Engineering, Operations, Business, or related; 5-8 years experience in manufacturing, program management, logistics, QA, or business development; strong skills in negotiations, financial analysis, project management, and communication. High-Value: Involves biopharma manufacturing oversight, with a focus on contract manufacturing organizations (CMOs), capacity planning, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiencies. Work setup requires travel to TPM/TPC sites; manages multiple accounts simultaneously, with a focus on strategic sourcing, contract negotiations, and cross-functional collaboration.
