About The Role
Therapeutic Specialist, Miami North (Commercial team). Reporting to the Regional Director, develop, lead, and execute a sales plan with goals/targets to maximize sales growth in the rare disease market.

- Maintain knowledge of disease state, products, customers, rare/specialty drug market, competitive landscape, and broader healthcare marketplace.
- Drive high performance using a compliance-focused culture (trust, respect, commitment to winning the right way).
- Foster an entrepreneurial, ownership mindset; communicate openly with peers and leadership.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners (Market Access, Patient Support) to achieve shared business objectives compliantly.
- Build relationships with emerging thought leaders, customers, and HCPs; allocate sufficient time/resources for engagement.
- Demonstrate expert knowledge of products/disease states, HCP customer base, business strategy, and competitive environment; stay current on market access issues/trends.
- Perform all business in accordance with regulations and company policy; maintain high ethical and performance standards.
Who You Are / Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree + minimum 3 years of biotech/pharma product promotion.
Preferred
- Experience launching biotech/pharma products; exceeds goals.
- Portfolio selling experience; specialty disease and/or rare-orphan experience.
- Partnerships in Pulmonary and/or Infectious Disease community.
- Compliant experience working in patient support models.
- Strong analytical skills; business acumen and accountability for territory results.
- Customer/communication skills; influence cross-functionally.
- High learning agility; scientific acumen.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
Work Location / Travel / Pay
- Fully remote, field-based; frequent travel up to 30%.
- Pay range: $155,000.00–$201,500.00 annual.
