About The Role
Therapeutic Specialist, Brooklyn North (Commercial team). Reporting to the Regional Director, develop, lead, and execute a sales plan with goals and targets to maximize sales growth in the rare disease market.

- Maintain exceptional knowledge of disease state, product, customer, orphan/rare and specialty drug market, competitive landscape, and broader healthcare marketplace.
- Demonstrate high performance driven by trust, respect, and a compliance-focused culture.
- Foster entrepreneurial spirit and ownership; communicate openly with peers and leadership.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners (Market Access, Patient Support) to achieve shared objectives compliantly.
- Identify and establish business relationships with emerging thought leaders and customers; engage with HCPs with appropriate time/resources.
- Demonstrate expert knowledge of Insmed products/disease states, HCP customer base, business strategy, and competitive environment; stay abreast of market access issues/trends.
- Perform all business in accordance with regulations and company policy/procedures.
- Maintain high ethical and performance standards with all business contacts.
Who You Are
- Bachelorβs degree and minimum 3 years of biotech/pharma product promotion.
You Are Or Also Have
- Successful biotech/pharma product launches; record of exceeding goals.
- Portfolio selling experience (preferred).
- Specialty disease and/or rare-orphan experience (preferred).
- Strong partnerships in Pulmonary and/or Infectious Disease community (desired).
- Compliant experience in patient support models (preferred).
- Strong analytical skills; ability to integrate data into strategic planning.
- Business acumen; accountability for exceeding territory results.
- Customer relationships, interpersonal/communication skills; ability to influence cross-functionally.
- High learning agility and scientific acumen.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Where You'll Work / Travel
- Fully remote, field-based; frequent travel up to 30%.
