Role Summary
The Therapeutic Sales Specialist is a field-based, high-impact role critical to BridgeBio’s success. They act as a patient champion with strong business and clinical acumen to execute product launches with sustained excellence, bringing urgency and a get-it-done attitude to addressing unmet patient needs. This position requires effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and responsible execution of territory strategies in Minneapolis.
Responsibilities
- Meeting and/or exceeding sales goals in an assigned territory by developing, implementing, and executing an integrated territory business plan encompassing key customer targets
- Demonstrate subject matter expertise concerning scientific and clinical information for Acoramidis
- Engage customers in clinically relevant discussions using approved materials in a customer-centric approach
- Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth or areas of concern in the territory
- Own territory business planning and execution of key company initiatives
- Adhere to company guidelines and uphold honesty, integrity, trust, respect, and accountability in all responsibilities, in line with policies and regulations
- Compliantly partner with Medical Science Liaisons, Field Reimbursement, Patient Access, HUB, and other cross-functional teams to achieve high customer satisfaction
- Develop and implement dynamic territory plans by analyzing business, competitive landscape, and territory market; build and maintain relationships with targeted KOLs and hospital personnel
- Navigate the hospital formulary process and implement strategies for product positioning and availability
- Anticipate business challenges, adjust priorities as needed, and develop solutions
- Maintain proficiency in selling, clinical, market, product knowledge, and territory business environment
- Collaborate with peers and company personnel to achieve corporate objectives
- Plan and organize schedule effectively to maximize efficiency
- Represent the company with professionalism, integrity, and respect
- Complete tasks and projects assigned by Sales Leadership
- Ensure all activities comply with regulations, compliance, and pharma guidelines

Qualifications
- Required: 8+ years of successful experience in the pharmaceutical industry and 5+ years in Rare Disease/Cardiology/Specialty/ATTR
- Required: BS/BA; MBA preferred but not required
- Required: Product/indication launch experience: track record of launching new products or indications into competitive markets
- Required: Strong leadership, planning and organization, analytics, business acumen, decision making and problem-solving skills
- Required: Ability to prioritize and execute on plans
- Required: Proven leadership with accountability
- Required: Ability to influence without authority, internally and externally
- Required: Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Required: Proficiency with remote technology to engage customers
- Required: Adherence to BridgeBio’s high ethical standards
- Preferred: Significant travel experience or willingness to travel extensively
