Role Responsibilities
- Own overarching late-stage development plan for GU (Genitourinary) and Melanoma assets; accountable for end-to-end lifecycle management of selected assets.
- Lead GU and Melanoma Clinical Research groups; act as Therapeutic Area Head for mid-to-late-stage clinical development.
- Lead transition of selected assets from early to late-stage design/execution; develop and implement disease area strategy for approval, registration, and access.
- Ensure optimal design/monitoring of clinical programs; ensure highest-quality protocols, governance, regulatory documents, and communications.
- Chair DRC committees to optimize Phase 2/3 protocol design.
- Lead cross-functional teams to design, execute, analyze, register, and publish results from Phase 2–3 trials; ensure clear clinical direction.
- Represent the company on joint development committees for partnered compounds; support business development by evaluating new assets.

Qualifications
- M.D. with significant Medical Oncology expertise and 15+ years academic/industry experience; adult oncology fellowship (or equivalent) preferred.
- Recognized expert in specialty/clinical research; deep scientific, medical, and regulatory knowledge.

Skills/Experience
- Strategic clinical/regulatory problem-solving and decision-making.
- Demonstrated leadership of cross-functional matrix teams; resource allocation aligned to portfolio priorities.
- Experience leading regulatory submissions, trial designs, and health authority interactions; lifecycle management understanding (e.g., CMC, access, commercial/medical).
- Expertise in medical/translational sciences and clinical/predictive biomarker development; Phase 2–3 medical program design.

Education/Training
- M.D. with extensive therapeutic area knowledge; adult oncology fellowship (or region equivalent).
