Qualifications include a bachelorβs degree (advanced preferred), 5+ years in pharma/biotech sales, with experience in rare diseases, hepatology, or complex specialty markets highly desirable. Strong clinical aptitude, account-based selling skills, understanding of reimbursement dynamics, and exceptional interpersonal skills are required. Travel of up to 70%, including frequent overnight trips, is expected. The position emphasizes ethical conduct, compliance, and a patient-centric approach in a fast-evolving, high-science environment.
