Role: The Therapeutic Account Manager (TAM) drives business performance and patient impact in rare cholestatic liver diseases, acting as a clinical partner and account strategist. Responsibilities: develop territory plans aligned with regional priorities; build trusted relationships with healthcare professionals across hepatology and gastroenterology; deliver tailored educational and promotional engagements; map influence within complex accounts; and collaborate cross-functionally with Medical, Market Access, and Patient Services teams to optimize patient care pathways. Requirements: Bachelor's degree (advanced preferred); 5+ years in pharmaceutical or biotech sales, with proven success in complex or rare disease markets; strong clinical aptitude, knowledge of diagnostic and treatment paradigms, and experience in account-based selling; familiarity with access/reimbursement and patient support pathways; exceptional interpersonal, strategic, and analytical skills; self-motivated with resilience and high ethical standards.
