Strong clinical aptitude, knowledge of access/reimbursement, and proficiency in account-based selling are necessary. Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and strategic skills are essential for influencing multi-stakeholder accounts. The role demands high emotional intelligence, resilience, and independence, with up to 70% travel including overnights. High-value specifics include expertise in rare liver diseases, patient journey understanding, and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
