The Theranostics Specialist (TS) will serve as the field-based nuclear medicine technology expert ensuring the successful adoption and utilization of Telix products.
Key Accountabilities:
- Lead and oversee strategic onboarding of new imaging sites, integrating Telix radiopharmaceuticals into commercial and site workflows.
- Develop and implement imaging site optimization best practices (protocol standardization, scanner settings, workflow efficiency) for high-quality imaging outcomes.
- Oversee and execute key field activities aligned with corporate strategy to support product launches and HCP education.
- Collaborate with Territory Account Managers within the geography.
- Contribute to quarterly area business reviews.
- Lead site engagement strategies with imaging centers, nuclear medicine specialists, and stakeholders to optimize patient access and product utilization.
- Establish and manage a structured education approach (training materials, product information, knowledge dissemination).
- Represent Telix at meetings and conferences; synthesize insights to shape strategy.
- Oversee competitive intelligence and market insights.
- Act as a liaison among cross-functional teams; manage key projects to deliver measurable impact.
- Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical regulations, corporate policies, and ethical guidelines (address training/adherence gaps).
Education and Experience / Requirements:
- BS or MS in a scientific discipline (preferred Radiology or similar) or equivalent experience.
- Certification by NMTCB or ARRT.
- 5 yearsβ experience with advanced oncologic PET/CT scanning with optimization.
- Experience in radiopharmaceuticals required (prostate cancer preferred).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; proven delivery against objectives.
- Strong verbal/written communication; organization/time management/interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of regulations for interactions with healthcare professionals.
- Valid driverβs license.
- Travel up to 75%; must live near a major airport.
- Candidates must reside in California; relocation not offered.
