The Director, Global Scientific & Value Content - Payor

Role: Lead global Scientific & Value Content (GSVC) within the Value & Implementation organization, primarily supporting Medical and Scientific Affairs and Outcomes Research. Responsibilities: develop and adapt annual GSVC product and disease area plans aligned with V&I strategies; create and review scientifically accurate content—including medical letters, FAQs, slide decks, and digital materials; mentor team members; lead cross-functional collaborations with stakeholders such as Medical Affairs, Outcomes Research, and Payor teams; and contribute to global scientific training and strategy. Requirements: MD, PharmD, PhD with at least 5 years of Medical Affairs experience (or equivalent with extended industry experience); deep understanding of healthcare payor systems, disease management, and therapeutic landscapes; strong scientific communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills. Preferred: advanced degrees, global health systems expertise, prior experience leading international Medical/Scientific Plans, and knowledge of regulatory review processes.
