Reporting directly to the Sr. Director, GSVC, and working in a hybrid setting with approximately 10% travel, the role requires extensive experience in Medical Affairs or Outcomes Research within biopharma, especially in areas like oncology or immunology. Qualifications include MD, PharmD, or PhD plus minimum 5 years of relevant experience, or equivalent research/medical credentials with extensive healthcare and payor knowledge. Preferred skills encompass global health systems expertise, leadership in medical/scientific plans, and experience with cross-regional regulation. The position demands strategic thinking, cross-functional collaboration, and deep disease-area knowledge to shape global scientific content impacting product and disease strategy.
