Testing Research Associate

Role: Testing Research Associate in Bayer's Crop Science division, focused on advancing vegetable pipelines through experimental testing and data collection. Responsibilities: plan and execute trials in greenhouse and field, operate research equipment, manage data in IT systems, develop and improve testing protocols, collaborate with growers and third-party partners, analyze data to support breeding and product development, ensure compliance with quality and safety standards, and explore new technologies for crop management. Qualifications: BSc in Horticulture, Agronomy, or related field with at least 5 years of crop management experience; knowledge of agricultural equipment and vegetable production; experience with crop data collection and technology. Preferred: PhD + 1 year or MSc + 3 years in similar roles.
