Territory Sales Representative (TSR)
Accountabilities:
- Drive sales performance to meet or exceed sales goals.
- Maintain advanced product and disease state expertise to engage Gastroenterologists, Primary Care Physicians, APPs, and office staff with clinically focused messages.
- Build understanding of territory market dynamics and market access opportunities to accelerate pull-through.
- Work with the Regional Sales Manager and Strategic Account Specialists (SAS) to develop territory business plans.
- Partner with peers, marketing, training, and sales operations to execute plans and share best practices.
- Complete administrative responsibilities, including effective CRM use and expense reporting.
Requirements:
- Bachelorโs degree from an accredited college or university.
- 2+ years successful medical sales (e.g., dental, medical device, laboratory, diagnostics) or 1 year pharmaceutical sales; GI specialty experience preferred.
- Proven and consistent track record of sales success.
- Experience launching new products.
- Demonstrated success leveraging marketing, market access pull-through, and technology solutions.
- Business acumen and analytical expertise.
- Ability to build professional relationships across the customer network.
- Success in live and virtual interactions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong technical skills; proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and digital platforms (e.g., Veeva Engage, Teams, Zoom).
- Valid driverโs license and safe driving record.
- Some overnight travel may be required; travel to national/regional/corporate offices may be required.
