Role: Responsible for launching and expanding Mineralys' first commercial product, lorundrostat, within an assigned territory, focusing on educating healthcare providers, driving product adoption, and meeting sales targets. Responsibilities include developing a territory business plan informed by clinical data and treatment guidelines, executing strategic customer engagement, analyzing market trends, and maintaining CRM documentation. The role also entails cross-functional collaboration with marketing, reimbursement, and regional teams to support customer needs and ensure compliant communication of clinical value. The candidate must operate with high integrity, adhere to industry regulations, and embody company values.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent, with 3+ years in pharma/biotech sales, ideally in cardiometabolic or specialty areas, and prior launch experience preferred. Proven sales success, strong clinical communication skills, and exceptional territory planning are essential. Must possess a valid driver’s license and willingness to travel up to 60%.
