Territory Manager
Position Summary
- Lead the successful launch and growth of Mineralys’ first commercial product within an assigned territory by educating HCPs, building trusted relationships, driving adoption, and achieving territory sales goals.
Key Responsibilities
Territory Management / Business Execution
- Understand disease state, clinical data, and treatment guidelines.
- Build and execute a territory business plan aligned to brand strategy and launch priorities.
- Drive compliant product adoption and utilization.
- Analyze trends, customer needs, and competitive activity; adjust tactics as needed.
- Meet sales goals, call activity expectations, and launch milestones.
- Maintain accurate territory reporting and CRM documentation.
Customer Engagement / Selling Excellence
- Execute strategic call plans; translate insights into customer-focused actions.
- Build and sustain relationships with HCPs, office staff, and key decision-makers.
- Communicate clinical data, product value, access information, and patient identification appropriately and compliantly.
- Deliver high-quality presentations and address customer questions.
- Partner to address barriers to patient access and support pull-through.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Coordinate with cross-functional partners to improve customer/patient experience.
- Share insights and provide market intelligence; support meetings, launches, and programs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 3+ years pharmaceutical/biotech sales experience preferred (other relevant sales considered).
- Specialty sales (cardiometabolic) preferred; prior launch experience preferred.
- Proven track record achieving/exceeding sales goals; strong customer relationships.
- Strong clinical acumen; ability to communicate complex scientific information.
- Strong territory planning, organizational, and communication skills.
- Self-motivated, entrepreneurial; thrive in fast-paced launch environments.
- Valid driver’s license; willing to travel within territory.
Travel
- Up to 60%.
Benefits / Compensation (as stated)
- Eligible for medical, dental, vision, time off, 401K, and Mineralys incentive plans (contingent on performance).
- US Salary Range: $130,000 - $165,000.
