Territory Manager

Position Summary
- Launch and grow Mineralys’ first commercial product within an assigned territory by educating healthcare providers, building trusted customer relationships, driving adoption, and achieving territory sales goals.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain knowledge of the disease state, clinical data, and treatment guidelines.
- Build and execute a territory business plan aligned with brand strategy, launch priorities, and sales objectives.
- Drive compliant product adoption and utilization among targeted providers.
- Analyze territory trends, customer needs, and competitive activity; adjust strategy as needed.
- Deliver against sales goals, call activity expectations, and launch milestones.
- Maintain accurate territory reporting and CRM documentation.

Customer Engagement / Selling Excellence
- Execute strategic call plans using data and insights.
- Build and sustain trusted relationships with HCPs, office staff, and key decision-makers.
- Clearly and compliantly communicate clinical data, product value, access information, and patient identification.
- Deliver high-quality product presentations and address customer questions.
- Partner with customers to address barriers to patient access and support product pull-through.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to elevate customer/patient experience in a compliant manner.
- Collaborate with adjacent field partners (e.g., reimbursement and regional leadership).
- Provide timely market/customer/competitive insights; support meetings and launch initiatives.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 3+ years pharmaceutical/biotech sales experience preferred (other relevant sales considered).
- Specialty (cardiometabolic) sales preferred; prior launch experience preferred.
- Proven track record achieving/exceeding sales goals; strong customer relationships.
- Strong clinical acumen; ability to communicate complex scientific information.
- Excellent territory planning, organizational, and communication skills.
- Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset for fast-paced launch environments.
- Valid driver’s license; willingness to travel within territory.

Benefits
- Eligible for medical, dental, vision, time off, and 401K; participation in incentive plans contingent on performance.
- US salary range: $130,000–$165,000.

Travel
- Up to 60% travel.
