Territory Manager

Position Summary:
- Drive the successful launch and growth of Mineralys’ first commercial product within an assigned territory by educating HCPs, building trusted relationships, driving product adoption, and achieving territory sales performance goals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain disease-state, clinical data, and treatment guideline knowledge.
- Build and execute a comprehensive territory business plan aligned with brand strategy, launch priorities, and sales objectives.
- Drive product adoption and compliant utilization among targeted healthcare providers.
- Analyze territory trends, customer needs, and competitive activity; identify opportunities and course-correct.
- Deliver against sales goals, call activity expectations, and launch milestones.
- Maintain accurate territory reporting and CRM documentation.
- Execute strategic call plans using data and insights.
- Communicate clinical data, product value, access information, and appropriate patient identification clearly and compliantly.
- Deliver high-quality product presentations and address customer questions.
- Partner with customers to address barriers to patient access and support product pull-through.
- Collaborate cross-functionally and with adjacent field partners; share insights and provide market intelligence.
- Support regional meetings, launch initiatives, and company-sponsored programs.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 3+ years pharmaceutical/biotech sales experience preferred; other relevant sales experience considered.
- Specialty (cardiometabolic) sales experience preferred.
- Prior launch experience preferred.
- Track record of achieving/exceeding sales goals and building customer relationships.
- Strong clinical acumen; ability to communicate complex scientific information.
- Excellent territory planning, organizational, and communication skills.
- Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset for fast-paced launch environments.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within territory.

Travel:
- Up to 60% travel.

US Salary Range: $130,000 - $165,000
