Territory Manager
Position Summary:
Play a critical role in the successful launch and growth of Mineralys’ first commercial product within an assigned territory by educating healthcare providers (HCPs), building trusted customer relationships, driving product adoption, and achieving territory sales goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain understanding of disease state, clinical data, and treatment guidelines.
- Build and execute a comprehensive territory business plan aligned to brand strategy, launch priorities, and sales objectives.
- Drive compliant product adoption/utilization among targeted HCPs.
- Analyze territory trends, customer needs, and competitive activity; course correct as needed.
- Deliver against sales goals, call activity expectations, and launch milestones.
- Maintain accurate territory reporting and CRM documentation.
- Execute strategic call plans; translate data/insights into customer actions.
- Build and sustain trusted relationships with HCPs, office staff, and key decision-makers.
- Communicate clinical data, product value, access information, and appropriate patient identification compliantly.
- Deliver presentations; address customer questions.
- Partner to address barriers to patient access and support product pull-through.
- Collaborate cross-functionally; share insights, provide market intelligence, and support meetings/programs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 3+ years pharmaceutical/biotech sales experience preferred (other relevant sales considered).
- Specialty sales experience (cardiometabolic) preferred.
- Prior launch experience preferred.
- Proven track record achieving/exceeding sales goals; strong customer relationships.
- Strong clinical acumen; ability to communicate complex scientific information.
- Excellent territory planning, organizational, and communication skills.
- Self-motivated, entrepreneurial; thrive in fast-paced launch environment.
- Valid driver’s license; willing to travel within territory.
Travel:
- Up to 60% travel.
Benefits/Compensation (as stated):
- Eligible for medical, dental, vision, time off, 401K; participation in Mineralys incentive plans based on performance. US salary range: $130,000–$165,000.
