Responsibilities:
- Deliver sales performance, brand KPIs, financial targets, and marketing objectives to meet or exceed goals.
- Create pre-call objectives; execute post-call evaluation to improve performance; handle objections and drive calls to action to close.
- Build trusted customer relationships and win-win agreements by proactively serving customer needs and expectations.
- Develop and execute a call plan meeting call metrics; optimize coverage and frequency to maximize access and sales opportunities.
- Build knowledge of customer needs, territory landscape, competitors, market segments/dynamics, accounts, disease, and product/clinical/sales expertise; share market intelligence with in-field team, brand team, and sales manager to optimize brand strategy.
Qualifications:
- Bachelorβs Degree required.
- 2β3 years successful business-to-business sales, pharmaceutical sales, or related education/experience (preferred).
- Psychiatry sales experience (plus).
- Reside in or within proximity to assigned geography.
- Valid driverβs license with good driving history; drive a geographically large territory.
- Travel 50β75% overnight.
- Ability to lift sample boxes up to 25 pounds (reasonable accommodations may be provided).
Compensation/Benefits:
- Starting base pay range: $90Kβ$110K; eligible for annual bonus or sales incentive.
