Territory Manager

Position Summary
- Play a critical role in the successful launch and growth of Mineralys’ first commercial product within an assigned territory; educate HCPs, build trusted customer relationships, drive product adoption, and achieve territory sales performance goals.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain understanding of disease state, clinical data, and treatment guidelines.
- Build and execute a comprehensive territory business plan aligned with brand strategy, launch priorities, and sales objectives.
- Drive product adoption and compliant utilization among targeted HCPs.
- Analyze territory trends, customer needs, and competitive activity; identify opportunities and course correct.
- Deliver against sales goals, call activity expectations, and launch milestones.
- Maintain accurate territory reporting and CRM documentation.

Customer Engagement / Selling Excellence
- Execute strategic call plans using data and insights.
- Demonstrate curiosity, adaptability, and openness to new ideas.
- Apply business acumen to assess market dynamics for effective territory planning.
- Build and sustain trusted relationships with HCPs, office staff, and decision-makers.
- Clearly and compliantly communicate clinical data, product value, access information, and appropriate patient identification.
- Deliver high-quality presentations and address customer questions.
- Partner with customers to address patient access barriers and support product pull-through.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to elevate customer/patient experience compliantly.
- Collaborate with Field Reimbursement Managers, Territory Managers, and Regional Business Directors.
- Share insights with internal teams (e.g., Marketing, Training, Field Operations, Analytics).
- Provide market intelligence, customer insights, and competitive updates.
- Support regional meetings, launch initiatives, and sponsored programs.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 3+ years pharmaceutical/biotech sales preferred (relevant sales experience considered).
- Specialty sales experience (cardiometabolic) preferred.
- Prior launch experience preferred.
- Proven track record achieving/exceeding sales goals and building strong customer relationships.
- Strong clinical acumen; ability to communicate complex scientific information.
- Excellent territory planning, organizational, and communication skills.
- Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset; thrive in fast-paced launch environment.
- Valid driver’s license; willing to travel.

Travel
- Up to 60% travel.

- Eligible for standard company benefits including medical, dental, vision, time off, and 401K; participation in incentive plans contingent on personal and company performance.
- US Salary Range: $130,000 - $165,000.
