Territory Manager, Eye Care – San Antonio, TX
Responsibilities:
- Cover the San Antonio, TX territory (San Antonio South, Corpus Christi, Edinburg, McAllen, and surrounding areas).
- Meet and exceed corporate sales objectives.
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with targeted ECP accounts and represent Viatris to the Eye Care community.
- Use disease-state knowledge and industry/trend insights to manage and pull through business opportunities.
- Deliver MLR-approved, education-focused, patient-centric messages and appropriate disease-state information to ECP accounts.
- Achieve quarterly and annual business goals while adhering to compliance and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with internal partners to support targeted Eye Care accounts and their patients.
- Provide customer insights and feedback to field leadership and internal partners.
- Use territory business planning tools and approved resources to identify and maximize opportunities.
- Comply with legal, regulatory, and compliance policies with integrity and professionalism.
Qualifications / Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) and at least 2 years of pharmaceutical/medical/related sales experience; demonstrated technical knowledge, selling techniques, and understanding of medical terminology (equivalent education/experience considered).
- Live within the geography or reasonable driving distance.
- Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record.
- Ability to travel (overnight travel may be needed).
- Eye care experience preferred (not required).
- Meet access requirements for target offices/health care facilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, applicable CRM, and similar databases.
- Proficient in English (speaking, reading, writing, comprehension).
Compensation:
- Salary range: $98,000 - $147,941.
