Territory Manager, Eye Care – San Antonio, TX
Key Responsibilities:
- Cover the San Antonio, TX territory including San Antonio South, Corpus Christi, Edinburg, McAllen, and surrounding areas.
- Meet and exceed corporate sales objectives at the territory level.
- Develop and maintain strong partnerships with targeted ECP accounts and represent the vision and culture to the Eye Care community.
- Use disease-state knowledge, marketplace, and industry/business trends to manage and pull through business opportunities.
- Deliver MLR-approved, education-focused, patient-centric messages and appropriate disease-state information to ECP accounts.
- Achieve quarterly and annual business goals while adhering to compliance and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with internal partners to create a positive experience for targeted Eye Care accounts and their patients.
- Provide customer insights and feedback to field leadership/internal partners on strategic initiatives.
- Use territory business planning tools to identify additional business opportunities.
- Manage and utilize approved resources to maximize pull-through on potential and growth opportunities.
- Comply with legal, regulatory, and compliance policies; demonstrate integrity and professionalism.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) and 2+ years of pharmaceutical/medical/related sales experience with proven technical knowledge and selling techniques (combination of education/experience considered).
- Live within the geography or within reasonable driving distance.
- Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record.
- Ability to travel; overnight travel may be required.
- Eye care experience preferred (not required).
- Ability to meet access requirements for offices and healthcare facilities in the assigned territory.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, applicable CRM, and similar databases.
- English proficiency in speaking, comprehending, reading, and writing.
Compensation:
- Salary range: $98,000 - $147,941.
